Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY  

The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

At anytime feel free to contact us to organise the delivery of your perfect gift.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS 

Shipment processing time: 

All orders are processed within 48 hours from time of purchase confirmation. Orders are not shipped or on weekends or holidays by the postal service. Local weekend deliveries are possible on request.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for up to 48 hrs. Kindly allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING RATES 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For custom or oversized products additional charges may apply and you will be notified of this immediately.

LOCAL DELIVERY  

Local deliveries will be free within a 25km radius of 2680 GPO for the first two attempts. Your delivery will then incur a delivery fee of $10.

SHIPMENT METHOD & DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Our orders will be shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times are expected to be 3 to 7 days but can change in periods of high traffic. In the event of a delayed package due to the carrier we do not take responsibility for this and suggest to contact the carrier directly.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES 

Hancock Hampers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

DAMAGES 

Our business is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns due to the nature of the perishable items contained in our hampers. However, if there are issues within the hamper, for example, broken or damaged products please contact us ASAP.  

​

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We are more than happy to ship internationally with postage quoted on an individual basis. Tracking will be provided along with receipt reflecting postage cost.
